Have you ever thought of...?

Do you ever think about the way you teach? Do you ever think about your class before you actually give it?

You might think these are silly questions, but are they?

I'd like to know your views on this. Why don't you post them here!

Why should we reflect on...?

The purpose of this blog is to exchange our ideas or thoughts about the way we help our students become conscious of their learning processes. It's aimed at EFL university level teachers.

Writing about what we normally do before, during and after any given class will serve to promote and later enhance metacognition, first among ourselves and then with our students. It would be as if we were verbalizing our thoughts, but this time through writing.

I would not like to finish this introduction without thanking Daf, Rita and Rubby who gave me a lot of information on the creation of blogs, as this is my first. Thanks for making me aware of the use of this tool!
